How much does it cost to create a landlord account on this website?
A landlord account costs only $5 per year. The account comes with three listings, and additional listings are $5 a piece. If you paid for the housing fair your account is free for that year, and you get the same number of listings on the website that you paid for in the housing fair. Students may use this website for free.

How do I list a sublease?
Stout students may list subleases for free. Any landlord account that is created using a uwstout.edu email is automatically considered a sublease.

Why does my phone number show up incorrectly on my landlord account?
Delete all the dashes in your account information and submit the changes. Your phone number should now show up correctly.

I am having issues with my landlord or realty company. Who should I contact?
Our Legislative Affairs Director serves Stout students by helping with off campus housing issues. His/her contact information is on our directors page. We keep a database of complaints, and do our best to help students through issues. You may wish to view our Guide to Off Campus Living or fill out a complaint form and send it to ssalegaffairs@uwstout.edu or bring it to our office.

I created a landlord account, but it's not working yet. What's wrong?
When an account is created an email is sent to the website administrator who must verify and enable the account before any listings can be put into the available section. This usually takes one to two business days.
