Questions about Voting?
Follow these simple steps:
1. Find out where to vote
You can find out where your polling place is by typing your address into the Wisconsin Poll Finder or by looking at the
City of Menomonie Ward Map. If you live on campus you can find out your dorm's address by downloading the Dorm Address List. If you live on North Campus your polling place is in the basement of the Dunn County Gov't Center 800 Wilson Ave. If you live on Sout Campus your polling place is in the Glass Lounge of the Price Commons 1110 South Broadway.
2. Register to vote at your Menomonie Address
In order to vote in Menomonie, you must register in Menomonie using your current Menomonie Address. If you've registered somewhere else or under an old address you'll have to register again, even if you've only moved down the hall or across the street.
- How do I register to vote?
- You can download the WI Voter Registration Form (EB-131 Rev. 01/08) and fill it out on the computer or by hand.
- Carefully follow the instructions on the back of the registration form for filling it out.
- Print it off and bring the completed form along with proof of residence with you when you go to vote.
(Acceptable forms of proof of residence are listed at the top of the back of the Voter Registration Form.)
3. Get yourself to the polls on election day!
Wisconsin's Presidential Primary elections are Tuesday, February 19th. Polls are open from 7AM to 8PM.
